How it works
- You type each paper and the date printed on it. The list stays in this browser on this phone. Job Clock does not receive it.
- Download a calendar file (.ics) with each expiration date, plus reminder days 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before, for your phone's calendar.
- The dates are free. The paid plan adds email and text reminders before these dates. For now, Papers Clock reminders are included in the same $29-a-month company plan as the lien-date reminders.
- Job Clock does not check these dates with any licensing board, insurer, or building department, and it does not tell you whether you are in compliance. The renewal rules come from your board, your insurer, your surety, or your building department.
What someone pays for
The dates are free. The paid plan adds an email and a text, in English or Spanish, before each date on your list, for $29 a month for one company. The same plan covers lien-date reminders. Only a person who asks gets reminders, and texts go only to people who opt in.
After you pay, use the button above to email your list to yourself, then forward it to david.dukes77102@gmail.com, with English or Spanish. That is how the reminders get set. Use the same email to cancel.
This is general information, not legal advice. Rules change. Check the current statute or ask a construction attorney in that state before you rely on a date. Job Clock does not file liens, mail notices, pull permits, or give legal advice.
