How sponsored seats work
- You sponsor a set number of Job Clock seats. Each seat is one contractor company on the paid plan: email and text reminders for its lien and notice dates, and for its own license, insurance, bond, CE, OSHA card, and permit dates.
- Your customers or members get the reminders in English or Spanish. Each contractor signs up and chooses its own reminders. Texts go only to people who opt in themselves. A sponsor cannot send texts through Job Clock.
- You get a count of active sponsored seats. Job Clock does not share a contractor's job details with a sponsor unless that contractor agrees.
- Job Clock is a calendar. It does not file liens, mail notices, pull permits, collect debts, or give legal advice, for the contractor or for the sponsor.
- States with lien-date calculators today: Florida, Texas, California, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Missouri, Arizona, and Maryland. Papers Clock works in every state.
